Shelroxxbrdriz provides flower bed and balcony arrangement services rather than physical products. As a service-based business, our return and refund policies are designed to address service-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

We are committed to providing high-quality services and addressing any concerns you may have about our work.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our flower bed or balcony arrangement services, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

We strive to ensure that all installations meet the agreed-upon design specifications and quality standards. If there are any issues with plant health, arrangement quality, or design implementation, we will work to resolve them.

Plant Health Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of plants we install. If any plants fail to thrive within 30 days of installation due to issues with plant quality or improper installation, we will replace them at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover plant failure due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, pest damage, or improper care by the customer.

Design Modifications

If you are not satisfied with the design implementation, we offer one complimentary design modification within 30 days of installation. Additional modifications may be subject to additional charges.

Design modifications must be requested in writing and approved by both parties before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you cancel before we begin work, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any non-refundable expenses we have already incurred.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific circumstances of each situation. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution before processing any refunds.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued if work has already been completed.

Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. We will work with you to find a solution that addresses your concerns while being fair to both parties.
